Students completing the ACT's year 10 certificate will receive grades on an A-E scale for the first time in 2014. Education Minister Joy Burch confirmed the move to traditional grades on Sunday, connecting the year 10 certificate to nationally recognised standards as part of the implementation of the national curriculum.
